Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026.
This policy explains what personal data may be processed when you visit PixoSift or contact its operator. The website configuration must be reviewed again before adding advertising, analytics, accounts, payments or other third-party services.
1. Data controller
Controller: Antonio García Gil
Postal address: C/ Ribelles Comín, 65, 12006, Castelló de la Plana (Castellón), Spain
Email: [email protected]
2. Image files
The tool uses browser features to read, resize and encode images selected by the user. Image files are processed locally on the user's device and are not sent to a PixoSift image-processing server. The operator does not receive or store those files through the tool. Previews and generated files are kept temporarily in the browser while the page is in use; their memory handling and effective removal also depend on the browser and device.
3. Technical data and hosting
The website is delivered using Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare's network. To deliver, maintain and protect the service, Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, referral information, date and time, and security signals. The provider's processing is also governed by its terms and privacy documentation. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
A global provider's infrastructure may involve processing data in different countries. Before enabling new features or changing providers, the operator should review the applicable contractual terms, services and international-transfer mechanisms.
4. Email enquiries
If you email the contact address, the operator will process the information in your message and your email address to read, respond to and manage your enquiry. Depending on the enquiry, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or the operator's legitimate interest in handling incoming communications. The email service provider also processes data under its own terms.
5. Cookies, analytics and advertising
The current application does not deliberately include analytics, advertising, affiliate tracking, payment or user-account services. Its code does not deliberately set first-party analytics or advertising cookies. The infrastructure provider may use technical mechanisms necessary to deliver and secure the service. If non-essential cookies or technologies, analytics or advertising—including Google AdSense—are added in the future, this policy will be updated and, where required, an appropriate information and consent mechanism will be implemented before activation.
6. Purposes, legal bases and retention
Technical and security data may be processed to deliver the website, prevent abuse, diagnose faults and protect availability, based on the legitimate interest in maintaining a secure service where that interest prevails and subject to applicable law. Email enquiries are handled to respond and manage the communication, on the legal basis explained above.
The operator does not set the infrastructure provider's internal technical log-retention periods. Emails are kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and afterwards only for any period needed to document the response or deal with legal claims. Applicable provider retention periods are described in the providers' current terms and policies.
7. Recipients and international transfers
Infrastructure and email providers may process data as needed to provide their services. Personal data is not sold. Analytics, advertising and payment platforms are not enabled in the version described by this policy. If this changes, the relevant information will be updated before the service is activated. Global providers may involve international processing; the specific terms and safeguards must be checked in each provider's current documentation.
8. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to processing and, where applicable, data portability by emailing [email protected]. Please state which right you wish to exercise. Reasonable additional information may be requested to verify your identity where necessary. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
9. Children
PixoSift is a general-purpose tool and is not designed to request personal data from children. If you believe personal data has been submitted that should not be processed, contact the email address above.
10. Changes and contact
This policy will be updated when the website's features or data practices change. For privacy enquiries, email [email protected]. You can also read the Legal Notice.
